Objectives
By actively attending the program participants will
- Learn novel insights in strategic leadership as applied in public and parastatal organizations.
- Benchmark policies and best (leadership) practices in leading international organizations such as CERN, WTO, and Department of Economy, Labor and Foreign Affairs of Geneva at Republic and State of Geneva.
- Network and learn from Finnish transnational professionals in Geneva (e.g. Embassy of Finland and Finpro).
- Upgrade their convenience for result-oriented learning in cross-cultural environment.
- Become energized in self mastery through personal sparring around themes of their choice.
