Objectives
    By actively attending the program participants will

  1. Learn novel insights in strategic leadership as applied in public and parastatal organizations.
  2. Benchmark policies and best (leadership) practices in leading international organizations such as CERN, WTO, and Department of Economy, Labor and Foreign Affairs of Geneva at Republic and State of Geneva.
  3. Network and learn from Finnish transnational professionals in Geneva (e.g. Embassy of Finland and Finpro).
  4. Upgrade their convenience for result-oriented learning in cross-cultural environment.
  5. Become energized in self mastery through personal sparring around themes of their choice.
