STRATEGIC THINKING & ACTION FOR GLOBAL COMPETITIVE EDGE
Objectives: By actively attending the program participants will
- Learn advanced insights in ambidextrous strategic thinking & action in a semi-global world.
- Learn novel insights in visionary strategic leadership.
- Benchmark management models and innovation practices in ‘ultimate’ expert organizations and networks such as CERN.
- Convert core learning paths of EMBA into personal resource base needed for developing global, organizational and personal advantage.
- Upgrade their convenience for result-oriented learning in cross-cultural environment.
- Become energized in self mastery through personal sparring around themes of their choice.
Time and venue: March 15 through 18, 2010, Hotel Warwick, 14, rue de Lausanne, CH-1201 Genève.
Prework and reading: Pankaj Chemawat’’s book ”Redefining Global Strategy” (Harvard Business School Press). Participants are expected to perform prework in due time as assigned separately.
Additional handouts and elaborative materials will be distributed during the seminar.
