6. Making Things Happen
Course Material and Prework: It is advisable that participants read chapters 1 through 4 of Timo Santalainen’s book Strategic Thinking (Talentum 2006). This book can be considered as a “handbook” supporting later strategy facilitation in practice.
Participants are also encouraged to think of practical challenges they have faced in their role as a strategy consultant for internationalizing Finnish companies.
Facilitator: Dr. Timo Santalainen, President, STRATNET (Geneva) and Adjunct Professor, Helsinki School of Economics will be responsible in facilitating, sparring and coaching during the workshop.
